Preserving the Book of God Almighty and reciting and reciting it was the main goal for which it established the role of the Noble Qur’an, and this interest comes to what distinguished the State of Kuwait from ancient times by preserving the Holy Qur’an through (the Qur’an) in the homes of God Almighty and with this good Sunnah whose rules were established by the fathers and grandfathers. The Department of Islamic Studies in the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs is its blessed path in teaching and memorizing the Noble Qur’an, and spreading its sciences among Muslims of all nationalities and scientific levels, in line with the modern scientific and civil renaissance in this technological age.
Therefore, the Ministry established the first house for the Holy Qur’an for men in (1971) in the main center in the Capital Governorate (Darwaza Abd al-Razzaq), and a good number of men joined this center to memorize the Holy Qur’an. Then the efforts of sincere workers in the administration continued to spread this goodness to be comprehensive. For all different groups of society, I established a house for the Qur’an for women in 1977 CE in Umm Atiya al-Ansariyya School in the suburb of Abdullah al-Salem, and with the grace of God Almighty and its end, the first batch of men graduated in 1977 CE, to be the best messengers to teach the Holy Qur’an in their various social circles, then the first batch graduated For women in 1983 AD.

The Ministry has also established a number of centers in correctional institutions and social care homes, as a contribution to teaching the Noble Qur’an to all different segments of society.
The Ministry has also made room for Islamic communities in the State of Kuwait, and established centers for Urdu and Filipino speakers in the Farwaniya area of Fahaheel. Today, the administration is studying the opening of new centers due to the public turnout for Sharia studies. It also opened a home for the Holy Quran in the English language "Islamic Cultural Center" in Mubarak We ask God Almighty and Almighty to facilitate this, God Almighty willing, for what is good and beneficial for Muslims and the Islamic communities that reside in the State of Kuwait.
All of this is due to her belief in the role entrusted to her in caring for the Book of God Almighty and working to teach it, so your best is to learn the Qur’an and its knowledge.
